Jeff Gould is Chief Strategy Officer for Amplion. He has had a variety of sales and marketing assignments in technology companies (IBM, Cisco, and early-stage companies) and as a partner in a venture capital firm.

Mr. Gould earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Finance, and Management from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has also served as an adjunct professor in Belmont University’s Massey School of Business in Nashville.

Sherry Henricks is Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success for Amplion Clinical Communications. Beginning her career as a clinician, she has a passion for improving patient safety and caregiver satisfaction. Sherry has over 25 years of transformational executive leadership for medical device, medical IT, and telecommunications companies, including Extension Healthcare (Vocera), Vital Signs (Carefusion), Siemens Medical, Draeger Medical, AT&T, and Emergin (Philips). She has also served as a Physician Development manager for LifeBridge Healthcare, bringing a unique perspective to the challenges facing healthcare providers today.

Sherry is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, who received a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College. She is also a credentialed business and life coach.

Lee Clark

Lee Clark serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Amplion and is responsible for Product Development, Quality Control, and Customer Support. He has more than 25 years of experience as an engineer and global leader in technology, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Amplion, Mr. Clark held various leadership roles with Dell, Edgenet, Emdeon (now Change Healthcare), and Microsoft. He is also listed as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Mr. Clark received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He also serves on the Board of Trust for Father Ryan High School and the Board of Directors for Guitars 4 Gifts. Previously he served on the Board for Worksite Rx, an employee clinic provided that was acquired by CareATC.
