Exec. Chairman and Interim CEO

Mr. Condra is the Executive Chairman and Interim CEO of Amplion. Originally founded under the name Dalcon in 1979, the company grew to become one of the most respected high-tech companies in Middle Tennessee, providing computer systems, programming and services to the healthcare industry. The company has been recognized as a leader and was named to the “Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the country. Building on the company’s combined healthcare technology and VoIP expertise, Mr.Condra led the development of the company’s flagship product, Amplion Alert.

From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Condra served as the first President of the Nashville Technology Council, an organization that now counts more than 320 technology-related companies as members. He also founded the Nashville Capital Network, which provides education and connections to Nashville’s angel community for entrepreneurs seeking private capital.

In addition to his business contributions, Mr. Condra has been very active in the Nashville community. He has served on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, the Vanderbilt School of Engineering Committee of Visitors, the boards of many non-profits and the Downtown Nashville Rotary Club, where he served as President. He was named by a local business publication as one of Nashville’s 100 most influential people. Additionally, he is also a volunteer pilot with Angel Flight, in which he transports patients in need.

Mr. Condra earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Grant applies more than 30 years of healthcare industry experience and a strong track record of growing businesses to his role as president of Amplion. He joined Amplion in 2014 to lead sales, business development and marketing efforts for the company.

Prior to joining Amplion, he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Adreima, a Phoenix, Arizona-based privately-held company, providing revenue-cycle and reimbursement services to U.S. hospitals. Mr. Grant led Adreima’s expansion efforts to 16 states and increased sales 38 percent and completely reorganized the company’s sales and marketing approach as well. Previously, he spent more than a decade with technology juggernaut Cisco Systems, where he held various leadership roles in multiple departments including operations and sales and as Executive Director of North American Healthcare during his last three years with the company.

Mr. Grant earned a Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He finished his Master’s with distinction as Beta Gamma Sigma, among the top 15 percent of his class and completed his undergraduate years with honors. Additionally, he has past and active board service with numerous organizations including the Healthcare Security Alliance, HITRUST, Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, the Nashville Technology Council and First Church Unity.

Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Gould is Chief Strategy Officer (formerly VP of Sales & Marketing) for Amplion. He has had a variety of sales and marketing assignments in technology companies (IBM, Cisco, and early-stage companies) and as a partner in a venture capital firm.

Mr. Gould earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Finance, and Management from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has also served as an adjunct professor in Belmont University’s Massey School of Business in Nashville.
